Our offers are in US Dollars, prices are flexible subjected to order quantity or imprinting requirements.

Quality assurance

Our factories are all ISO9000 guaranteed and all our products are EMC tested and ROHS compliance. Any plastics used in Wellyp products come within EU regulations and guidelines.

Imprints

All prices include 1-2 color imprints on one location, extra costs will be required for additional colors or locations of imprints, full color process printings are available for mouse pads and mice. Please contact us for exact quotation with your specific requirements.

Artwork

All artworks are preferably to be ready-finished and saved in .TIFF or .AI or .JPEG files of minimum 300dpi, which can be sent via CD-ROM or e-mail.

Samples

Random or blank samples for evaluation are available on most items. Samples are free of charge for Wellyp regular clients, however freight charges will be added to concerning invoices, unless customer’s courier accounts are provided. Prepaid sample costs are refundable if their counter order quantity amounts to a pre-settled level.

Samples setting-up

For most of items in this catalog, average sample set-up time is within 7 workdays after receiving workable artwork or, if needed, sample charges.

Packaging

Most mouse items are individually packed in color box, and mouse pad in clear poly-bag, customized packagings are always welcome.

Production Time

Most orders of average quantities are finished for delivery within 20 to 30 workdays after sample confirmation.

Shipment

Most orders are shipped via SHENZHEN seaport or airport, some from HONGKONG or GUANGZHOU upon request. However, Wellyp reserves the right to make final decision.

Payment Terms

Payments are effected by 30% of the total value prepaid as deposit upon order or sample confirmation, balance to be paid upon customer receives the faxed copy of original Bill or Lading. Irrevocable Letter of Credit at Sight is acceptable as well.

Documents

Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of China Origin or GSP Form A are available upon request.

Packaging

Packaging details in this catalog are based on standard packing, which are consultable when customer is calculating costs and freights. However, Wellyp reserves the rights to make modification without any notice in advance.
